Site work for a water / sewer project in Hicksville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacing the existing 4" water main along Columbia St and Hattery St in Hicksville. New water services will be provided from the water main to approximately the road right-of-way. The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, Section 3 and the Buy American provisions. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.
