Stephen F. Austin State University has released the attached Request For Proposal # D95-RFP-0002 for design and installation of wall-wrapping of designated walls/locations in William R. Johnson Coliseum. SCOPE OF WORK The SFA University Athletics Department is seeking proposal for a qualified graphics and installation vendors to design, produce, and install high-quality, commercial-grade vinyl wraps on designated interior, upper concourse walls of the William R. Johnson Coliseum. The goal is to enhance branding, elevate the fan experience, and modernize the arena's concourse aesthetics. Respondents are encouraged to provide an offering that presents the maximum benefit to SFA in terms of (1) total overall cost, and (2) project expertise. Applicability of educational, state, and local government, and any other available discounts should be strongly considered. The selected vendor will provide turn-key services, including site measurement, graphic design collaboration, material production, wall preparation, and final installation. Site Survey: Conduct precise on-site measurements of all targeted walls, columns, and bulkheads. Surface Preparation: Clean, patch, prime, and prep all concrete, drywall, and cinder block surfaces to ensure maximum vinyl adhesion. Production: Print high-resolution graphics using UV-resistant, scratch-resistant inks.
