The Town of Colonie invites bids for the 2026 Boiler Replacement at Public Operations and Public Safety DB378. Bids must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope marked with the project title and the name and address of the bidder. Proposals must include a certified check or bond equal to 5% of the bid amount as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond, each equal to 100% of the full bid amount, or approved alternatives. Insurance and security must be provided within seven days of notification of contract acceptance in a form acceptable by the Town of Colonie. The Town reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids submitted.
