Northwest Ramp Rehab Construction - Phase 1 Sealed or electronic bids are requested for the Northwest Ramp Rehab Construction - Phase 1 at Shreveport Downtown Airport. This is classified as a Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction project with a designer's estimate of $1,000,000. Bids must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable to the City of Shreveport in an amount not less than five percent of the bid. A performance bond equal to 100% of the contract amount, a 50% payment bond, and a 10% two-year maintenance bond will be required from the successful bidder. On bids of $50,000 or more, contractors must certify they are licensed under Louisiana Revised Statute 37:2150 et seq. and provide the license number in the bid and on the envelope or in the designated electronic submission area. The lowest responsible and responsive bidder must adhere to the City's Fair Share requirements. Bidders must ensure compliance with nondiscrimination requirements and the Equal Opportunity Clause.
