The project is located at the Hite Creek WQTC and includes the construction of Sludge Storage Tank Covers, a new sludge screening building, sludge screening feed pumps, and an odor control system. Questions Due Date: Jul 2nd 2026, 10:00 AM EDT All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's designated web portal. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $ 4,500,000 and $ 5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. If selected as applicable below, the Contractor must subcontract at least 18.0% of the total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified African American minority-owned businesses, at least 2.0% of the total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified Asian-Indian American minority-owned businesses, and at least 15.0% total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified Caucasian Female businesses. Each bidder must accompany his Proposal with the Bid Bond executed on a form identical to the form annexed hereto, or a certified check made payable to MSD for an amount not less than seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of the Total Bid.
