Rockburn Park– Park Improvements, contains one contract: Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement Contract. Proposals must be submitted electronically. Each proposal must include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid and a non-collusion affidavit. All items listed on the Bid Form, including unit costs and alternatives, must be bid. A performance bond and a payment bond, each for 100 percent of the contract price, are required. The contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner, or waive any informality in the bid received and accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of the owner.
