The project consists of performing all NYC Building Code-required façade repairs and restoration work, including the replacement of deteriorated window sills on the building's west façade. Bidders must submit a list of five contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity completed or substantially completed within the last ten years. - Contract Security, EEO/AA Insurance, and NY State Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (Executive Order 125) are required. - All proposers must be in compliance with New York State business registration requirements.
