Project has been cancelled Scope of Services: VW0709 - McClellan Pond Valve Replacement Project. 1. One (1) raw water 12-inch valve assembly consisting of a 12-inch multi-orifice valve and electric actuator with operator components completely assembled. i. This valve will replace an existing 12-inch electrically actuated butterfly valve. The items to be furnished by the Supplier will be installed by Valley Water as a new control valve for the McClellan Ponds Turnout located in Cupertino, CA. Appendix A - Site Location and Vicinity Map shows the site location where the new valve will be installed. Question Deadline 06/10/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Deadline for submitting questions via the online Q&A feature. Instructions to Bidders: All questions and/or requests for clarification concerning this solicitation must be submitted through the Q&A feature on the portal before the stated deadline. The undersigned understands and agrees to be bound to the proposed Scope of Services and Cost Proposal for 180 days from the date of proposal submittal. Proposers may not communicate with Valley Water Board Members, staff, or consultants who currently provide services for Valley Water.
