The project involves the procurement of Triple Butterfly Valves for the PPP Valve Replacement Project. The scope includes the supply and delivery of these valves as specified. Bidders are required to submit electronically and provide all documents listed in the submittal checklist, including the Bid Form, Bid Questionnaire, List of Subcontractors, References, Disqualification Questionnaire, Non-Collusion Declaration, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Request for "Or Equals," Local Business Enterprise Consideration, W-9 Certification, Exceptions to Solicitation, Manufacturer’s Product Data and Technical Sheets, and Affidavits of Compliance. The award will be lump sum. Attendance at a hybrid pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all bidders. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted through the Q&A feature on the designated portal. Proposers must agree to be bound to their proposed Scope of Services and Cost Proposal for 180 days from the date of submittal.
