Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Santa Ana, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Includes the construction of a new Class IV protected bike lane, as well as other pedestrian improvements such as construction of new sidewalks, concrete driveways, raised medians/islands, raised crosswalks, construction of new curb and gutters, curb extensions, new ADA curb ramps, cross-gutters, reconstruction of catch basin, landscape and irrigation improvements, traffic signal modifications, hybrid beacon installation, pavement rehabilitation, water quality BMPs and new signage and striping. HARD COPIES FOR VERIFICATION ONLY; ELECTRONIC SUBMITTAL IS REQUIRED BY DEADLINE AND HARD COPIES MAY BE ACCEPTED BY COB OF NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Please send the original bid bond, as well as the notarized affidavits, enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked clearly with the specified information. For hard copy drop offs, visitors will be routed to deliver in the grey drop box on the 1st floor of Ross Annex across from the Public Works counter. Staff will not timestamp or sign any hard copy deliveries as the electronic submittal by the deadline is sufficient.
