The work consists of solar installation at the Public Safety Complex. Interested contractors are invited to submit proposals. Proposals should provide a straightforward, concise description of the vendor's ability to meet the requirements. Three references of similar scope and project value are required. The contractor must be in good standing with the tribe if they have current or past projects. The contractor awarded the project must be current with all taxes, insurances, bonding, and licensing. Failure to comply will result in bid rejection. Vendors are to deliver two applications to the specified address by the submission deadline. Proposals received after the deadline will be considered late and are not acceptable unless waived by the Building Director. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the RFP number. Questions must be submitted by the stated cut-off date, and answers will be shared with all contractors and posted to the Nisqually website. The bid form attachment must be completed to acknowledge addenda. The Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and negotiate cost, terms, or conditions with the bid deemed most advantageous regarding price, quality of service, and vendor qualifications.
