Renovation of a military facility in Wichita, Kansas. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to upgrade the B16 Generator PLC, including inspection, troubleshooting, and repair or replacement of generator PLC controls. Work includes an option to install a Hot Switch Bypass to eliminate single points of failure and enable the current HMI to communicate all operations to individual generator PLCs. The prime contractor shall subcontract specialized work to 3E Company-Kohler due to proprietary generator equipment and OEM representation requirements, and shall be responsible for overall project management, coordination, and oversight through project closeout, including inspection and punch list completion within the specified contract duration. Location: 52010 Jayhawk Drive, Building 16, McConnell AFB, Wichita, KS 67221 The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $550,000.
