Provide Architect and Engineering (A-E) surveying, mapping, and related services for construction projects within the New Orleans District, primarily supporting topographic surveys, control surveys, and GPS vertical surveys along levees and other project areas. Services include hydrographic and topographic surveys, construction layout, quantity and measurement surveys, As-Built surveys, and the establishment of temporary and permanent benchmarks to required accuracy standards. Work involves use of total stations, data collectors, and electronic data transmission, as well as in-house capability for GPS Real Time Kinematic (RTK) and DGPS hydrographic surveying. Requirements include performing surveys for various infrastructure such as buildings, locks, dams, levees, revetments, jetties, and dredging projects, often in remote locations, and maintaining qualified personnel, equipment, survey crews, and vessels necessary to execute multiple task orders efficiently throughout the contract period. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
