Sealed bids will be accepted by Los Angeles County Public Works, Project Management Division III, for landscaping improvements, fencing and gate installation, building demolition, driveway reconfiguration, public walkway construction, and the performance of other appurtenant work under Devil's Gate Southeast Entrance Improvements, in the City of Pasadena. (1) Decomposed granite pathway & regrading contours, (2) Signage and fencing, (3) Landscaping and irrigation, (4) exterior building refurbishment, 5) Building abatement and removal. The prime contractor shall possess a valid California Class A contractor's license. The contract, if awarded, will be awarded to a responsible contractor with the lowest responsive bid; however, the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 07/06/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to prebidquestions@dpw.lacounty.gov The work is estimated to cost between $1,200,000 and $1,800,000 and shall be completed in 110 working days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
