The NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Agronomic Division, is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide janitorial and custodial services for the Donald W. Eaddy Agronomic Building at 4300 Reedy Creek Road, Raleigh, NC. Services include cleaning offices, conference room, library, common areas, rest rooms, and laboratories, with cleaning performed from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays. The scope includes all necessary labor, equipment, and supplies to maintain cleanliness and ensure areas are properly supplied. A walk-behind floor scrubber must be provided by the vendor. Bids must comply with all terms and conditions, attachments, and addenda referenced in the solicitation. Vendors are responsible for reviewing all instructions and addenda, and complying with all requirements and specifications.
