PORTABLE PLACEMENT AND SITE WORK AT FIRST AVENUE MIDDLE SCHOOL, as per specifications contained in Bid No. 310:26-27. The general contractor must ensure that all subcontractors meet all requirements and certifications of the specifications at the time of bid. All bids must be made on forms furnished by the District and must conform and be responsive to contract documents. The contractor and any subcontractors must pay not less than the general prevailing rate per diem wages and provide certified payroll. A B Contractor’s License is required. Contractors must be registered with DIR to bid. The District has a 3 percent participation goal for DVBE requirements. No bidder may withdraw the bid for sixty days after the opening date.
