Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a six-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
This project has been awarded to a general contractor. The City of Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking bids from qualified firms to complete construction services for a six-unit apartment complex. Minimum Qualification Requirements must be met for a firm to be deemed responsive. Bidders must submit all proposal documents electronically via DemandStar. Each proposer is required to provide a Proposal Guarantee/Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) payable to the City of Hallandale Beach. Proof of 100% of total contract bonding capacity must be submitted with the solicitation, and awarded contractors must submit bonds within fifteen days after notification of award. No late submittals will be accepted. All questions are to be submitted via email by the specified deadline. Any changes to the scope or procedures will be provided through written addenda.
