Renovation of an educational facility in Flower Mound, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,267-square-foot educational facility.

This will be a two-summer renovation- starting Summer 2027 (June 1st) and then again Summer 2028. Substantial completion should be August 1, 2028. The work comprises the interior renovations, including interior demolition, for Downing Middle School 20 YR Life Cycle M & R for Lewisville Independent School District, Lewisville, Texas, as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. The work will be done under one lump sum contract. Indication on the drawings or mention in the specifications of articles, materials, operations or methods requires that the Contractor provide each item indicated or mentioned of the quality or subject to the qualifications noted, and perform according to the conditions stated each operation described and provide therefor all necessary labor, equipment, services and incidentals. 1. Subcontractors are responsible for examining the architectural drawings for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing items. Items shown on these drawings shall be furnished by the appropriate subcontractor. Question Deadline 08/12/2026 Architect will review each RFI, determine action required, and respond. Allow five working days for Architect's response for each RFI. RFIs received by Architect after 1:00 p.m. will be considered as received the following working day.
