Renovation of a fire / police facility in West Wareham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following work Power wash and degrease the entire metal roof surface. Install new pipe flanges around vent pipes. Repair one section of damaged roof panel and seam panel located along the rear cornerofthe building. Remove debris around roof penetrations and prepare surface for roof coating. Apply rust-inhibiter primer along rear corner areas where rust is present. Install brush-grade seam flashing at all seams and vertical joints of metal roof panels. Apply Uniflex roof coating system over the entire metal roof surface. Apply roof coating primer to all roof fasteners-replace/install new fasteners on missed, rotted or loose. Install approximately one square of rubber roofing over existing roofing at tower area along rear of building. Remove and dispose of all construction debris generated by the work.
