Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.

The work consists of removing existing generators and automatic transfer switches and replacing them with emergency lighting inverters at Aldeane Comito Ries Elementary School and Virgin Valley High School. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C2. Contractors pre-qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1379 intending to bid must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 – Instructions to Bidders. Award is subject to final approval.
