Additional documents may be issued and will be posted on the website. The vendor is responsible for ensuring they have the most accurate documents. A site visit is required by the owner as a condition of contract award. A. The owner intends to replace remaining site lighting fixtures with LED on Washtenaw Community College Campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan. B. The Owner has employed a Contractor to bid, coordinate, monitor, and inspect the Construction work. C. All construction shall be phased to maintain owneris operations. Refer to Owneris bidding information for additional descriptions and requirement. D. The work is being issued by the engineer to the owner and contractor in a single general contract package. All questions must be submitted by 06/22/2026 at 2:00 p.m. EDT THE SCOPE OF WORK IS TO INCLUDE, but is not limited to, the following items: A. De-energizing, demolition, capping and disposal of existing electrical systems indicated to be removed. B. Contractor to provide and install new lighting, wiring, controls, commissioning and conduit as detailed in PBA drawings and specification. C. The construction schedule for this contract will be phased based on the following timelines: Construction start: 10/10/26. Project Completion will be 7/1/27. D. WCC requests that this bid includes a mandatory Allowance of $ 25,000. This amount will be used for potential changes or added scope and will be dictated for use by WCC. Remaining amounts will be returned at job close-out. E. Furnishing and installation of all electrical name-plates, signs, tags and other identification devices. F. Contractor to provide barricades, fencing required and signage to maintain required safety regulations as defined by OSHA. G. Secure and pay for all required permits, licenses, inspections, approvals and fees for this Contractor's work H. This Contractor to provide its own equipment and tools necessary to complete this contract. I. All tie-ins to existing electrical systems as required and shown on drawings. Coordinate shut downs with WCC. J. Contractor to field verifies all dimensions and verifies quantity's need for this project. K. Work to be completed within this timeframe. Contractor to include all shift premiums and overtime to complete the work within the timeframe provided.
