Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Upton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the addition of a parking garage; 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate This project involves the Renovation and Expansion of the existing Upton DPW Building . The existing building will be renovated to serve primarily as a vehicular garage and storage space; the proposed project also features a ~12,000 square foot addition, designed as a pre-engineered metal building, to house administrative offices, maintenance bays, and a vehicle wash bay. The building's construction includes both masonry and metal stud walls. This project also includes associated sitework, both at-grade and subsurface storm drainage, and utilities. Sub Bid Category Masonry, Misc. Metals, WD&C, Glass, Tile, ACT, Resilient Floors, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry (ECC $142,000), Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron (ECC $246,000), Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking (ECC $119,000), Glass & Glazing (ECC $38,000), Tile (ECC $32,000), Acoustical Ceiling Tile (ECC $43,000), Resilient Floors (ECC $30,000), Painting (ECC $79,000), Fire Protection ($158,000), Plumbing (ECC $643,000), HVAC (ECC $1,296,000), Electrical (ECC $1,219,000). Only prequalified General and Subcontractor firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified.
