Demolition services for the Brandon Generating Station, involving labor and materials for site decommissioning and removal of facilities. Locations- LP&L - 1314 Avenue K Lubbock, Texas 79401 Demolition: Brandon Station - 1201 Hartford Avenue Lubbock, Texas 79404 The following shall be applicable to the Brandon Generation Station facility and associated items as defined by the project boundaries: A. Complete demolition of structures and improvements located on the identified property. B. All utilities, including sanitary sewer outlets, shall be capped after the structures have been removed. C. The contractor shall be responsible for locating, marking, and protecting utilities. D. If underground improvements are discovered, the Owner must be notified immediately. Removal of underground improvements should be completed in order to ensure the stability of the site for future development. E. Location of all utilities by a locator company must be done prior to any work beginning. F. The Contractor shall ensure that dust control measures are utilized during the duration of the project. G. Remove ant identified trees and shrubs. H. Remove the entire structure identified as the main plant building. I. Remove all exterior components and equipment as identified on the project drawings. J. Perform all work identified by the demolition notes and the Google Earth site plan found in these specifications. K. All work shall be under the management of the Owner. L. All manifest and load receipts shall be supplied to the Owner at project completion. Any scrap metal or additional items removed and salvaged from the job site must have a receipt supplied to the owner, and credit applied to the contract amount as a deduction equal to any material salvage receipt.
