The Trinity River Authority of Texas is soliciting bids for the transportation and disposal of dried sludge from two of its facilities: Mountain Creek Regional Wastewater System located at 1717 Auger Rd., Midlothian, Texas 75065 and Red Oak Creek Regional Wastewater System located at 908 Bells Chapel Road, Waxahachie, Texas 75165. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting for both locations at the Red Oak Creek Regional Wastewater System site. Each attendee will be required to show a valid government-issued photo ID to be admitted to the plant site.
