The design team has completed schematic design and is advancing the project toward future phases of design and construction procurement. The project includes associated site improvements, utility infrastructure, drainage systems, streetscape improvements, lighting, security systems, fire protection systems, and traffic coordination within an active urban environment. Construction activities will require coordination with adjacent streets, utilities, nearby properties, and ongoing downtown operations throughout the duration of the work.
