Additional responsibilities include roadway excavation, traffic control, utility coordination, and roadway restoration. The work involves the design, installation, operation, and removal of temporary wastewater bypass systems and temporary construction dewatering systems. The project also requires the installation and maintenance of erosion control BMPs, removal and disposal of existing pavement and excess materials, and ensuring uninterrupted sanitary sewer service during construction. This work must be completed within eighty calendar days from the "Notice to Proceed." The estimated project cost is between $800,000 and $950,000, excluding WA State Sales Tax.
