Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Terrebonne, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades improvement and redevelopment of the City Vaillant park comprising four baseball fields, four soccer fields, an exterior skating rink and a park chalet. The scope of work includes the development of the senior field, the practice field and a mini soccer field. The scope of the project also include the chalet upgrades and will be followed by a second phase of the construction program in the future. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in fall 2026. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling working drawings will begin in late 2026, a tender for the general contractor will follow in spring 2027. Construction will be completed during the summer-fall period of the same year.
