Description

Renovation of a military facility in Red Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and related services necessary to relocate an existing air conditioning unit to the IT area within Red Rock Day School. Work includes removal of the existing unit and installation at the new location, along with minor construction required to support the relocation and ensure proper operation. The contractor is responsible for delivering complete HVAC services in accordance with the Statement of Work, coordinating access, obtaining required permits, and complying with applicable federal, state, and tribal regulations, including tax requirements. Questions and Answers: Any questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted to the following individuals: Contracting Officer (CO) no later June 24, 2026. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE)
