Block A presents an outstanding opportunity to showcase excellence in Canadian urban development and to expedite rental housing delivery on this emerging island neighbourhood. This 0.69-hectare site will be zoned and development-ready, just minutes from downtown Toronto and on the doorstep of Biidaasige Park, Toronto's newest destination. Question Deadline 07/30/2026 at 5:00 PM ET TIMELINE: RFQ (Qualifications) for a developer has been issued and extended by the owner. Further update upon award of the RFQ. *Waterfront Toronto is looking for a Development Partner who can build on the strong foundations already in place and bring the expertise, creativity, and discipline needed to deliver at pace and at scale. *Construction cost is an estimate only and will be finalized as the scope of work is finalized.
