The services include the preparation of right-of-way plans, legal descriptions, obtaining all necessary ODOT reviews and approvals, and placing of any required monumentation in accordance with ODOT standards for the construction of pedestrian facilities on Campbell St. (C.R. 110) in Perkins Township, Erie County. These facilities consist of approximately ½-mile of sidewalk along the east side of Campbell Street extending from Windamere Lane to Perkins High School. Erie County has completed the geometric design of the pedestrian facilities, including design of the right-of-way for the project. The pedestrian facilities will ‘skip’ the intersection of Campbell Street and Strub Road. There is a separate project planned for this intersection, ERI-CR 110- 2.83 PID 118819, for the construction of a modern roundabout. Pedestrian facilities under PID 118478 may need to be adjusted somewhat to ensure both projects geometrically match as project development progresses. The location of property lines shown in the Erie County plans should not be considered authoritative. The selected consultant, as part of right-of-way plan development, will need to conduct the necessary research and field work to accurately locate all pertinent property lines.
