Site work for a mixed-use development in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a laboratory facility; and educational facility.
The project work includes a hazardous material study related to the FLCC SPRING Building Project. This involves designing and implementing a sampling and testing program for three buildings and the affected site, as well as interpreting the results for use by the design professional hired by the County to properly scope contractor work. Proposals should be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal prior to the specified deadline. Late responses will not be accepted. Question Deadline 06/26/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions should be submitted in writing via the Ontario County Purchasing email or via the eProcurement Portal.
