The University of Ottawa is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for a USRP System. The requirement is for a complete and integrated multi-channel platform for advanced research in software-defined radio (SDR) and wireless communications. The system must be high-performance and flexible, supporting various frequency ranges and enabling simultaneous operation of multiple transmitters and receivers for complex communication experiments. Vendors must supply all components necessary, including multiple SDRs with antennas, high-performance phase-stable RF cabling, precision attenuators, cables, clock distribution accessories, multi-band antennas, and high-speed data interfaces. Technical requirements specify three types of SDR setups (Type A, B, and C) with detailed specifications for channels, bandwidth, frequency ranges, GPSDO, interface kits, cables, connector blocks, GPS antennas, power cords, enclosures, and board-mounted accessories. Additional requirements include clock distribution, cables, attenuators, and a variety of antennas. A minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor is mandatory. Bidders are expected to provide a research-ready platform meeting all listed specifications and requirements.
