Rehabilitation of the Coin School general work includes selective demolition, maintenance of metal fabrications, maintenance of historic wood, maintenance of finish carpentry, rough carpentry, historic treatment of wood doors, maintenance of plaster, wood floor restoration, maintenance of exterior painting, maintenance of interior painting, and HVAC unit replacement. Bids are to be electronically forwarded to Melissa Christenson Ekman at Miller Dunwiddie and copied to Barb Barnes at the Kanabec County History Center. Project Manual and Drawings are included.
