Site work for a civil project in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Approximately 100 feet of creek restoration including sanitary sewer pipe stabilization. Categories of work include erosion control slope, bank stabilization, and drainage. All eligible bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN VirtuBid. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at the City of Casper’s website. A contractor must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents in digital form to be considered a Planholder for bids. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Planholders will receive automatic notice of addenda and other contract document updates via QuestCDN. An additional fee will be charged to place a bid for the project. For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. The City of Casper, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty will not be considered. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty days after the date set for opening thereof.
