Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Integrated Solid Waste Management in accordance with Attachment 1 - ISWM PWS to be delivered within 30 days. See Attachment 1 - ISWM PWS for a complete description of services. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors may use their existing quality assurance system to the maximum extent practicable and may take advantage of commercial warranties. The CLIN structure will be listed in Attachment 2 Bid Schedule. RFO provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. RFO 52.212-1 found within Attachment 4: RFO 52.212-1 Addendum, has been tailored for this requirement and should be referenced along with the provided instructions when submitting a quote. All terms and conditions of RFO52.212-1 remain in effect. - Question Response Deadline: 19 June 2026; no later than 2:00 P.M. EDT.
