Required contractor information includes SAM UEI, TIN Number, CAGE Code, Contractor Name, Payment Terms, Point of Contact Name and Phone Number, Email address, Warranty, Date Offer Expires, FOB Destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524), and Estimated Delivery Lead Time. Evaluation of offers will be based on technical acceptability and price, with technical factors being more important than price. Offerors are instructed to clearly identify any exceptions to the solicitation terms and provide rationale.
