Renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and library.
As of July 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Reference Number 0000427301 Replace the roof at the Greenburgh Public Library located at 300 TarrytownRoad, Elmsford, NY 10523 and portions of the roof at the Theadore D. Young Community Center(TDYCC) located at 32 Manhattan Avenue, White Plains, NY 10607. The library roof is an approximately 35,000 square foot EPDM roofing system with 5 separate sections at different elevations. There is also an approximately 1,000 square foot skylight that the Town would like to roof over. See Attachment A for the roof plan from 2006 when the current roof was installed and an infrared moisture survey conducted last year. Additional drawings from the 2006 project can be provided upon request. The library HVAC equipment will also be repaired or replaced based on the recommendations of the attached two evaluations or the Consultant's own recommendations.
