Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Breckenridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Site assessments, data collection, engineered designs, and preparation of construction-ready plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the trailhead facility. Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform site assessments and the preliminary and final designs for the Quandary Peak Trailhead, as outlined in "Exhibit A: Scope of Work." Work shall be completed as set forth in a contract for this project to be negotiated with the County and Town and based upon the contractor's written proposal as outlined in "Exhibit C: Bid Directions." Service will be performed on an ongoing daily basis beginning in July 2026 and ending in 2027. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is issued by Summit County Open Space & Trails.
