The Project generally consists of constructing a new fully buried circular AWWA D110 Type 1 wire-wrapped tank constructed from reinforced concrete and all appurtenant items to the site shown in the project documents. Other components of the project include site grading, landscaping, lighting, electrical and site piping for the inlet, gravity feed outlet, drain line and overflow. Schedule. It is anticipated that bidding documents for the Project will be released to pre-qualified bidders in July 2026 and that bids will be due in August 2026, with a Notice to Proceed issued in September 2026. The final completion date will be approximately November 2027. The schedule is tentative and subject to change. The project bonding range is $9,000,000 - $11,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
