Demolition, site work and new construction of a military facility in Johnston, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; and for the construction of a military facility.

Demolition of various site elements, rough site grading, construction of new site fixtures, and relocation of existing sanitary sewer service lines. Base Bid: Demolition of various existing site elements as noted in the construction documents as well as the rough grading of the site and the construction of some new site fixtures. Also included is the relocation of existing sanitary sewer service lines. All other existing utility services are to remain on the property and shall be protected for future construction.
