This may include the removal and replacement of ceilings, lighting, and associated systems as required and suggested. Along with this work, these rooms may also get new paint, floor, base, and cabinetry. During the design, the district will be contemplating the possible relocation of some classrooms as well as modifying the current media center to create more classrooms. These improvements are planned for the classroom areas of the 1970 old Junior High as well as some of the classroom area of the original 1960 high school. Duration: o The Design Team has suggested some Schematic Design ideas to the District. The design process is ongoing with drawings scheduled to be completed for bidding in early 2027. Construction is estimated to run from spring of 2027 through summer of 2028. The project is intended to be delivered as one project with possible phasing. Input will be anticipated from the construction team on the schedule and phasing.
