Construction of Eastern Roof Replacement at the Virginia Department of Forensic Science Eastern Lab, Norfolk, VA. The project is generally described as a complete tear off and replacement of the existing low slope roofing surfaces, including membranes, insulation, flashings, counterflashing, copings, scuppers, and accessories. Work also includes replacement of an existing door opening, rust removal and repainting of existing rooftop structural steel, and repairs to existing EIFS wall finish in select areas. Award is subject to final approval.
