Site work for a water / sewer project in Phoenix, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Phoenix (COP) is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Engineering services on the COP's large diameter sanitary sewer ductile iron pipelines (DIP) and manholes focusing on National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Grade 3 infrastructure as per the finalized 2020 Condition Assessment report. Services will include construction administration and inspection (CA&I) for ductile iron pipelines and associated manholes, with design support also included at the request of the City. Rehabilitation projects are located at multiple locations within the COP right-of-way or easements. Question Submission Deadline:June 26, 2026, 4:00pm Questions pertaining to this selection process or contract issues should be submitted The City of Phoenix reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Statement of Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
