The vendor must supply materials for adult, teen, and juvenile audiences, including international language materials such as Chinese, Korean, and Spanish. Services required include supplying all formats of print and media materials (books for all ages, best sellers, fiction, nonfiction, reference, and graphic novels), ordering through an online system with real-time tracking and features like duplicate checking and batch ordering, demonstrated experience with the Koha open-source Integrated Library System, provision of downloadable MARC records, fast order-to-delivery, at least twelve user accounts, onsite demonstration and staff training, pricing inclusive of shipping and delivery, submission of two detailed invoice copies before payments, option for monthly invoice statements, and excellent customer service with responses to inquiries within one business day.
