Replacement of 63 apartment electrical panels and circuit breakers at The Hi-Rise building. PROJECT SCOPE Furnish materials and labor to update the electrical panels at The Hi-Rise apartments located at 6-1st St. SW, Watertown, SD. The Hi-Rise is a five-story building with 60 apartments. o One electrical panel is located in each ofthe 60 apartments. o One electrical panel is located in the maintenance garage. o Two electrical panels are located in a storage area. o The electrical panels to be updated are original to the building whichwas built in 1975. o Winning bidder will work closely with any governing officials,inspectors, and the City of Watertown. WHA must receive written approval from said officials ofmaterials to be used and work to be performed.
