The consultant may be expected to prepare plans, specifications and estimates for any of these elements. It is anticipated that the work completed by the consultant will be part of NYSDOT Capital Projects designed by NYSDOT Staff. The work designed by the consultant is expected to be part NYSDOT Capital Projects that include construction of other elements or features. There may be cases, however, where the work done by the consultant will be in a standalone project.
