Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Removal and replacement of 567 linear feet of sanitary sewer main, including connections to manholes and service lines, traffic control, erosion control, asphalt work, and site restoration. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. All questions are to be submitted to the District Engineer. Bidder questions are to be submitted by 5:00 pm on Tuesday July 7, 2026. Questions will be answered via email by Thursday, July 9, 2026.
