Design and construction of a complete park electrical system, including lighting layout, power and controls, upgrades to existing infrastructure, installation of temporary construction power, and all work performed in accordance with applicable codes and project drawings. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the bidding documents. A single set of bidding documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. A Louisiana Contractors License Number for Specialty: Electrical Work is required. Bidding documents for this project are on file in the office of the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, Purchasing Division, 301 Plant Road, Houma, Louisiana. Sealed bids will be received at the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Purchasing Division, 301 Plant Road, Houma, LA 70363 until 2:00 p.m. Bids may be hand delivered, sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested, or submitted electronically with Central Auction House (CAH). Bids will not be accepted on recognized USPS holidays. No bid received after the scheduled time for opening will be considered. Failure of the U.S. mail to deliver bids timely is not considered due cause for extension. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law.
