Sealed Proposals for Project No. 26-05-TS, William Penn Highway Coordination Modernization Project will be received by the Municipality of Monroeville, County of Allegheny, Pennsylvania. Proposals must be made upon Proposal Forms supplied by the Municipality of Monroeville and must be based upon and in accordance with the Specifications and Instructions to Bidders. Copies of Proposal Forms, Specifications, and Instruction to Bidders may be obtained at the Engineering Office of the Municipality of Monroeville, 2700 Monroeville Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania. All construction drawings and specifications will be provided by the Municipality in PDF format via email upon registration. All bidders are required to obtain bidding documents (via email) directly from the Municipality and register with the Municipality providing pertinent information including name of company, address, and contact information. Any bid submitted without registration will be rejected. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount specified in the Instructions to Bidders and made payable to the order of the Municipality of Monroeville. All Proposals must be delivered to the Municipal Manager's Office, 2700 Monroeville Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania, on or before the specified time. Delivery to any office other than the Municipal Manager's Office does not constitute compliance with bidding instructions. Each Proposal shall remain firm for a period of forty-five days. The Municipality of Monroeville reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to enter into such a contract as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Municipality of Monroeville.
