Install a fob entry system. Contractor to remove all existing lock hardware from all doors and install a compatible fob system that matches the system currently in use by Leduc Regional Housing Foundation, covering all entry/exit, suite, mechanical, laundry, and storage room doors. Contractor is responsible for running all required wiring, repairing any damage to walls, ceilings, and flooring caused during installation, and ensuring all locks and fobs are programmed to operate seamlessly upon completion. Access buttons must remain operational with the new system. All fobs must be programmed to work with the existing system. All removed hardware must be numbered and left on site for disposal by Leduc Regional Housing Foundation. Work is to be conducted between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The work site must be left clean and tidy at the end of each workday, and no doors are to be left unsecured overnight. Each building is to be quoted separately and a total price supplied for the entire job. The system must allow for future development and expansion.
